Kelley Anderson

Director of Administrative Board

A founding member of our organization, (2009) Kelley has been in recovery well over a decade. She has served as co-president for many years. Helping others overcome substance abuse disorder is her passion and her mission. Kelley is both insightful and compassionate in her work.

Daphne Baer

Secretary of Administrative Board

With us since our founding, (2009) Daphne has been a most valuable team member. She brings years of experience in the field of social work with the Tennessee Department of Children's Services to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed.

Eric Warren

Vice-President of Administrative Board

Eric joined the Helping Hands Board of Directors in 2025 and has been directly involved in every aspect of administration of the Gateway House, and spends time with the residents, getting to know them personally. With his skill as a handyman, he has saved our non-profit thousands of dollars. What a blessing!

Sandra Pitts

Board Member and Community Liaison

After retiring from a career with Farm Bureau, Sandra joined Helping Hands & Gateway House's staff for a couple of years before stepping into a role on the Board of Directors with the special role of community engagement. Sandra loves people and is a wonderful addition to our team!

Judy McDonald

Administrative Assistant and Treasurer

Judy came out of retirement as Executive Director of Helping Hands & Gateway House to tackle a new role as Administrative Assistant and Treasurer.

Shelley Warren

Resident Supervisor
Program Director

Shelley began working with residents at the Gateway House in April, 2025. With a strong faith in God, and a nursing background, Shelley felt led to this position that she sees as a ministry. She and her husband, Eric, spend time taking the residents to church, out to eat, and on fun-filled excursions. What a blessing to have the both of them involved!!
